My name's Will Le Bargy and I'm the acting Heathrow Operations Manager (AOM). It's my job to supervise the development of all aspects, specifically that of controller training, of VATUK's premier airport

The 'RTS' is only available to those members who have passed a tower exam in their home RTS (for training on Heathrow Tower) or an approach exam in their home RTS (for training on Heathrow Director).
